Your Birth Doula

As your birth doula I will provide emotional, physical and informational support to you and your partner, before, during and after the birth of your baby.

If you're confused about all the options you have, and want the opportunity to ask questions big or small, I can visit you for a one off session where we can determine what's right for you.

Your Birth Preferences

Have you been asked if your 'birth plan' is ready? I can visit you and together we can discuss and complete a birth plan to inform and guide your midwives on your birth preferences.

Your New Baby

If you feel you need a quick confidence boost to know you are doing all the right things or someone to show you the ropes, I can visit you for a one off session to run through all things newborn.
